Default I won't be around for a few days
please don't think i've left you all again but i'm suffering from quite bad withdrawal symtoms including head whooshes, palpatations, dizziness, shivers and wooziness, wow that's sounds worse than it is but i'm having to take things slowly and unfortantely looking at the monitor or telly makes me feel really woozy. I'll be back in a few days and will try and keep up with facebook via my mobile but my life will improve so much when this is all over, for the first time in months i actually did a normal poo today tmi i know but to me it really was heaven!

Will miss you all heaps but as the saying goes, "I'll be back" hehehehehehehe
