Get up or your all gunna be late, i'v made the toast coffee and tea, hurry up in the bathroom and dont use all the hot water.
I will give you 5mins then i'm coming up with a cold wet flannel.

Morning all. A very foggy grey Monday here. I took the mutt out and it's all damp and muddy in the fields and forest. I wish I'd bought my camera as there were some fantastic spiderwebs covered in dew which would have looked lovely captured in black and white.

Also have to wash my quilt because the dog decided to run upstairs and dry herself on it after she got in. That'll teach me not to keep a dog towel by the front door.

DH and DD are on their way back from Holland. DD has decided she wants to move there "When she grows up" which made me laugh because she is 17!!! Apparently the boys there are all tall and good looking which is important to her as she is nearly 6 feet tall herself!!

Ouch Angel, that wet flannel caught me right in the eye!

Rose - hope the back eases and Cartier - like your daughter's thinking!

Feeling dispirited this morning .... one of those "Why am I bothering to blog?" "Why is it me who seems to make the effort for things (a la Lacey last week I guess).

Mornin all

Its washing, baking and generally recovering from the weekend day in the Giant house today. ATM, me and the little one are cuddling in bed as hubby put in wireless on Sat YAY! WIRELESS!! WIRELESS? You should see my poor study! It's like a rats nest of wires!

DD1 came home for the weekend, she was soooo excited about her course, such a difference from Monday. So, I guess we won't see her til half term now!

Mollymop, have you looked into alternative therapys? I know Miss P is an acupuncturist, so she may have some ideas. Homeopathy springs to mind, and / or using supplements. Our diets have become so nutritionally deplete that we missing out on essential nutrients which help our bodies function correctly.

Cartier your life in Germany sounds idyllic! Please take your camera out with you tomorrow and feed us with some pics for brekkie!

I have 3 boys at home today and my throat is really sore - think its the first week back lurgy!! Blurgh! Still it will give me a chance to get things sorted today without the usual school runs so thats a bonus!

Oh wow.. i'm intrigued hehe. I always see things i know smeone here would love. And i also give my husband updates on you all as though he knows you too. He's very patient, bless him lol.

Today, i'm moody and just plain bleh!! My children won't stop being mischievious lately, and i'm exhausted. The poor cat can't get a break from madisyn and Sebastian helped himself to the litter tray when i turned my back for just a second. The poo got trod through the hallway, Madisyn got scratched badly on her arm, and that's just the start of the day lol.

Feel free to call me a silly moo. Went into town after dropping the boys off at school to take library book back and get another one and decided, instead of going to tescos, spending way to much on groceries when i only need fresh stuff, will pop into my local summerfield. All well and good when you don't buy a ton of fresh stuff and then realise its a mile walk back home. It did not do my dodgy back any good so the silly moo award goes to me today.
Have now had a laaaarge mug off tea and relaxed so feeling a little better. Got lots to catch up on today, baking, cleaning etc. Might have a temping job starting tomorrow for a few weeks so need to get ahead of myself just in case as these school hours only temping jobs are few and far between.
Debbie, have a honey and lemon drink it might help your throat, its bad enough with two boys at home never mind three the noise, the noise lol
Lace, glad you enjoyed the beach yesterday. Days out are so important for recharging the batteries.
Sandieb, hope you get a mood boost soon, hate those days when i feel in the dumps, with me its usually when i am tired. Maybe a little snooze would help?

Missed you all over the weekend. DD3 came home Friday night and commandeered my lappy for the whole w/end. Had loads of lesson prep to do for the week ahead so I only managed to sneak on for a few seconds. Best bit though was when she found a youtube clip of a dancestep tutorial for a High School Musical dance that she wants her y.8 form to perform at a school festival in a couple of weeks. We were in fits trying to follow the routine and sing at the same time. She is determined that they will WIN this year. I only wish I could be a fly on the wall at lunchtime when she unveils the "dancing science teacher" to her motley crew!

It's raining here today so no gardening this am.... well it'll just have to be a cuppa and a catchup session methinks.
