Good morning everyone, well it's another lovely sunny day and i've got some washing out on the communual washing line, the first this year (not washing, i'm not that lazy)

Kitty tiddles isn't doing so well i'm sad to report, she was rushed into the pdsa hospital yesterday morning after being very poorly saturday night. Her kidneys aren't functioning and the prognosis is guarded, to be honest i don't think she'll be coming home as she didn't eat or drink whilst with me, i had to syringe water into her mouth and she really didn't want it. The only good thing i can think of is she had two days of being loved and stroked, saying that she isn't giving up yet!

I've been tidying like a loon this morning as i'm having my water meter fitted this afternoon and i'm a very untidy person. As i don't know where my stop tap is i've cleaned and tidied everywhere that there is a tap thingy on pipes, the only time my flat was this tidy was the day before i moved in hahahaha.

Hugs to you sparkle, at least, if kitty doesn't come home, she has had your love and affection for those days xx

SB, sorry to hear about Kitty, but like you say, she has at least known some love now xxxxxx

I beened to physio today, saw Dave (whom I saw originally years ago) and he said he hopes he can get me sorted properly this time
Xrays show no arthritis etc, but I do have 2 small lumpy bits, though they shouldn't be causing the problems I have.
He pummelled me for a bit, and lots of cracking and creaking could be heard , and I've exercises to do.
Hurting a bit now, but feeling optimistic.
Hope once this is sorted I can get my hands sorted too, and they'll be no stopping me

So back to sewing for me this afternoon, albeit slowly.

good afternoon all.

Still having headaches as a leftover from the cold, but thankfully no sniffing any more

BM - hope the physio helps.

Sparkle - *hugs* for the cat, but it has known some love as you say which is lovely.

Mayps - bike ride sounds great. We've been to the park today to play football, was cold but lovely.

I managed to take a photo of my crochet pillowcase the other day which I'll try to put here...



What do you all think?

I've worked out how to do a scallop edge so doing another pillowcase now while kids are watching a film. Just need a cuppa to go with it!

Just added the rest of the goodies from Red heart day on my blog.

Please go take a look...all money goes to BHF. I'm selling some wonderful things at very low prices, made by wonderful ladies from Scc and Blogs, as i'd really like to get the final cheque sent off to them soon. So have a think about what birthdays etc you have coming up in the future.

Also, there is one auction left on here (a couple of days left), it still hasn't reached its reserve.....so get bidding ladies!!!!
