Default Handmade Rules....

Hi

Well I am busy tinkering away for the fair and am labeling up some of my pretties. I have been thinking though and wondered if any of you can advise, I know there was a thread on here a while back about using the name of the designer of the fabric on things.

Many of you now know what fabrics I like to use, CK being one of them and am not quite up to speed with what I can label up my pretties as. I have cushions, bunting, hearts, little pillows etc made up in the likes of CK, MM etc and want to ask can I say on the label the name of the designer, I have looked into it a little and most designers Terms and conditions say no you cant, but I thought if you say made using So and So's fabric alright, ie you couldn't say CK Doorstop, but you could say CK fabric door stop. I have my own little pink labels and wondered now what the rules on that are.

Do any of you say the name of the designer on your price labels

Talking of prices, I really am at sea with what to price things at, I have my Blogshop, Shop Shop, prices and know that I shall be selling similar things at the fair that are for sale for maybe double the price at the Shop Shop, I know from experience most people don't like to spend more than a fiver, but also wouldn't want to under sell.

Could anyone help and tell me what they price their bunting, hearts, doorstops, cushions if they sell them at fairs, would be really helpful to me

Many thanks

X
