I always think everyone leads far more exciting and worthwhile lives than me, but that's mostly because they do

I'm with you there BM...never know what to write as I rarely write personal stuff and think everything else would bore so haven't posted for a while now, and its finding the time inbetween work..paint...draw...breathe

BTW Bex I love your blog x

I don't mean i'm bored of blogging (I love it) but I am getting a little tired of my blog in general. I quite often change the background to freshen it up but even that doesn't seem to be working now. I keep thinking that if i'm boring myself then I must be boring others too.
I've been thinking about starting afresh and starting a new blog, something a bit more upbeat and not so booooooooring. Some of you will know that i'll be 40 this year and i've been doing lots of soul searching lately and realise that I want/need to be more than just MUM (hope that doesn't sound selfish) so i've been thinking about doing a blog on my journey through to my 40s and beyond, a new chapter in my life, what do you think?

I have just caught up with the weekend papers and have been reading Mariella Frostrups column in the Observer magazine, on the back page. While it doesn't all relate to your post Beki, I thought of you while I was reading it, I felt it it related a little bit to my own life too.
If you don't get the paper I think you can read it on line, it's last sundays paper.

Interesting, she's certainly talking a lot of sense, perhaps we should all take notice of what she's saying
Thanks hunni
