Come on in, pull up a chair and say hello to everyone

I think we all probably know each other from MSE anyways and if everyone is keeping their same names then we are sorted! lol Please post a little intro about yourself below so we can all get to know each other

Im Debbie (NEgirl), wife to a lovely husband and we have 4 little boys! I am really into the shabby chic/country home style look and thankfully have a family that let me get away with it.....how lucky!!

Cant wait to get to know you all better

Hi I'm Wendy... but mags50 on MSE...why i picked that I do not know! I haven't posted much on the Shabby Chic Thread on MSE but absolutely love reading it every day. Married for 32 years to a farmer, 3 grown daughters, 7 grandsons and 1 granddaughter. Our youngest DD is getting married next year and I'm busy finding fabrics to make about 6 miles of bunting!!! Yes... you've guessed it... she wants a Shabby Chic Wedding! I really am looking forward to getting to know you all better and see all the 'magic' things you do with your 'finds'. THANK YOU sooooo much for setting this up. x

Hello, I am Cass, granny to four little tots and just about to do up my bedroom, shabby chic style! I am hoping to get lots of advice and inspiration on here, and offer help if I can.

I live in Yorkshire and love all things from times past, hence one of my favourite shops is Past Times! I love all the old style ways, especially little tea parties, with a few good friends, nice china (flowery of course) and a good sticky chocolate cake. A good natter and the cares of the world seem to slip away!

If I can help anyone with anything then of course I will. I am particularly looking forward to seeing before and after projects, for inspiration and ideas! I would just like a bit more free time to allow me to make more of the lovely things I see you lot creating.

Anyway, that's me! Just wanted to say hello to everyone!

I'm Carole and I'm married with 2 boys.
I live in a 200 year old stone cottage so became interested in the shabby/rustic/vintage look since we moved here.
Looking forward to getting to know you all and getting lots of advice as I am not very creative and have so far only painted a frame of an old mirror!

I'm katie-koo at MSE but my friends call me Kate. I live in North Devon with my dh Tim and two lovely boys aged 11 and 8 years old......my young'un will be 9 tomorrow! Where do the years go?

I love shabbychic although I have a very ordinary looking, boxy bungalow! I love the details, colour and care that people on our thread have put into their homes. I also love the recycling element involved in vintage re-using.

Looking forward to all things shabby.

Helloo I'm Ellidee on MSE but dislike that User name now (sounds young & I'm not !) so from now on it's Eddie please ! I live in Cheshire with my lovely hubby and have one son who is 22 and lives and works in Manchester. Have a cute dog called Finn who is a 16 month old Wheaten Terrier. Really looking forward to more chat & gorgeous stuff to drool over. XX

Hiya everyone!

I'm Kisto (Kim). Also in North Devon. I'm a single mummy to two kids (9 & 11). We're in a 2 bed private rent with my boy/girl sharing a bedroom I hope to move to a 3 bed house (on council house waiting list) and then I can begin shabby chicing properly! At the moment I just sit and admire all your wonderful projects and creations. I totally love the shabby chic style - flowery fabric/gingham/cream painted furniture! Simply gorgeous!

Hello everyone. I am Jane from the South West. I lost my creative juices about 4 years ago after some crappy life stuff and have only recently found it again since falling in love and finding our MSE thread! Strange old world!

Lets rock the shabby world ;o)
