You could just ignore it. If you have had your refund then the ball is in her court to make you an offer to put things right, if she wants positive feedback.

Glad its all sorted but still its annoying being out of pocket, so would def leave neg feedback, she was awful.

I just got another bag today from Ebay..I bought it on the 26th, it was posted YESTERDAY..and when it arrived as I opened the envelope a crumb fell out (only saw one, might have been more) and the bag had food stains on the surface!

The inside was grubby too.

It was described as :

*As new, only used once*

I give up!
