Default In gainful employment...

well kinda!!
Last week I received an email from a lady who has a shop in Colchester (other blog shop owners may have too?? )asking if I could make her 10 Christmas Stockings in shabby chic pinks blues or any vintage style.
She had seen the blue charity listing stocking that is on classifieds and in my blogshop.
Obviously time was of the essence what with December approaching and today I will be posting a parcel off to Colchester and enjoying the fact that there is money in our bank account that I have earnt!!!!

Here's hoping they sell well for her and I can make her 20 next year lol!!!
I do have a big smile on my face - this order came just when I was feeling poo about crafting and well, pretty much everything and I haven't had the greatest of weeks so the fact that I could justifiably sit at my machine when the housework wasn't getting done or the ironing, has kept me going!!!

(still got the same kind of anxiety that I get when I send a swap - I'll relax a bit when she has them in her hands and confirmed she likes..there is a lot of trust on her part..she ordered 10 straight off...)

I love that shop! They have some really pretty things so your stockings will fit in nicely. I won't tell you how much they are though!
