Blimey angel, I'm glad we're not in competition, I thought our stall holders got a good deal

yep they were peasants as your stall had lots of delish stuff on it. When i did craft fairs a couple of years ago people oooo and arrred over the stuff and even stroked the dog christmas stockings but i didn't sell one thing. One woman even asked me the recipe for my cinnamon (sp) tree decs - cheeky mare.

Don't be disheartned, open up a blog shop and you will sell heaps of stuff as they are gorgeous

xx

Ditto what everyone else has said really .... lovely stall Mrs C and don't let this experience put you off ... when I did the St George's day fair this year I did some items with red crosses as I thought that may have appealed to some people but they were more interested in swilling booze down their necks

Bearing in mind money is still tight for a lot of peeps I will be selective about the areas I do fairs in next year .... sounds mercenary but it's no good just having folks stroking your goodies they have to put their hands in their pockets.

Onwards and upwards

Ah what a shame Mrs C - like others have said it is a respectable sum even though I know you put a lot more than £27 worth of work in
Hope I get you in a swap is all I am saying!!

Don't be too disheartened - that's really pretty respectable. I've had tables at loads of craft fairs this year and had several where I sold nothing at all, which is such a let down when the tables were £40 (not showing with those organisers again next year!).

Sorry to hear it didn't go as well as you'd hoped, but maybe pop some items onto the classifieds, or even just post a piccy and we can PM you if we'd like to buy? xx
