01/05/09 - UPDATE: Names have been drawn!

For May we are basing the swap around the centre of the home.
Think pinnys, teapot cosies, cupcake anything, teacup candles, pot holders, cookbooks & recipe cards... the ideas are endless...

  • The closing date for getting your name in will be May 15th to ensure that there is still time to get your item made and sent out.

  • Although thrifted items are allowed please use this as an opportunity to have a little crafty moment and think of an idea that you have the tools and talent for to make something rather than buy it. Handmade stuff is so special
  • If you need a high dose of inspiration, go stick the theme word into Etsy and see how other crafty types interpret it.
  • As this is an open forum, people will come and go, get poorly or sometimes just forget to send a gift out. If this happens to you and you haven't heard from your partner, wait until 2 weeks after the close of that monthly swap then PM our newest 'Swap Fairy' (AKA Boysmum3) and she will get her hoard of trusty elves to stitch up a gift quick smart and get it out to you.
