Default Vintage Knitting needles

Evening lovely ladies

i had fun at the monthly barn sale today and came home with a bundle of vintage knitting needles - i bought them coz my mum wanted a couple of pairs of them and i wanted the crochet hooks (ever hopefull that one day i will learn!!)

however i now have about 20 sets of needles and lots of sets of 4 knitting pins (mum tells me they are for knitting socks!) - most of them are coloured plastic? red, pink and turquoise - they look so happy all sitting together.

so if they could be of use to anyone on the forum please let me know

I've recently found a silver bell shaped thing, for want of a better word, for sizing knitting needles, got varying holes in it, someone can have that too if they want, if I can remember where I put it lol....don't needles have the sizes on them????....

Cheeky question are there any extra long ones???

Have been learning to knit this year and want to do a cushion cover. I bought a lovely set of long red needles in the charity shop the other week - however I put other shopping on top of them and broke one in half

About 5mm or 6mm and about 13 inches long

If there's anything like that I'd happily relieve you of them

I use the smaller sizes more myself, 2mm - 4mm, but I would be thrilled with any size at all, so whatever is left when everyone else is ok, I would just sit and enjoy looking at them, thank you! xx
